I wouldn't be so sure on that. He may well have been bluffing when he said 42.00 was the final offer. Our marketcap at current prices is still over 300 mil. higher than the 46.00 offer. It will depend on how much he ultimately thinks it is worth. I agree if he folds we should move higher.
