The directors have adopted a strict blackout to prohibit buying from the date of the last period end until a couple of days after the results are released thus they are unable to buy for more than 1/2 the year. Should the year end results not get released until after November 30 first quarter end then the blackout continues until the November results are released towards the end of January next year. This happened last year and the insiders purchased in early February. Keep your eye on the revenue growth . Good luck to all.
