Proactive promo: A proposal to TED

For those who know TED (TED.com) and love TED Talks (with the likes of Bill Gates as regulars), I just emailed them about Verisante. If TED covers Aura, VRS will be golden since TED is like the NYSE of revolutionary technologies and visions.

Here is my email to them:

Hi TED team,

Thanks for your excellent work. I enjoyed the recent post on cancer research. It's important. I'm wondering if you'd be interested in giving a coverage or getting in touch with Verisante for their non-invasive cancer-detection technology that has been described as a milestone in our fight against cancer. The technology has recently been licensed by Health Canada. European clearance is expected shortly. I'm amazed that TED has yet to cover this story, but perhaps because it's Canadian and Canadian stories tend to get out slowly. Here is my 2-cents!
