I have to disagree.  The markets don't care who is making noise and how loud they are.  Not even one story on BNN, and one measly article in FP on how this was the end of a dying company.  Most people don't even care about the blatant corruption of Evergreen and total mis-management of MAA.  I even doubt that TSC was even a real company.

Delice - 48 million shares. PERIOD.  That is what it will take.  Low volume now, but  how many shares have been collected since the deal was announced?  No one knows.  Any large transactions may drive the price up.  Collect 50k a day.  "Slow and steady wins the race."

The easy was is to offer
.25, but the Chinese might save a few bucks and go all black ninja and take this down on a massive fight...
