RE: Proactive promo: A proposal to TEDGood call on TED AnalyticalTrader, it's such a great conference that's ultimately based on changing the world for the better and with that in mind Aura and Core are a definite shoo-in. This technology has the potential to greatly reduce the number of cancer deaths/year (
7.6 million worldwide). This number is staggering, so it's not surprising that most everyone knows someone who has been affected by some form of cancer and the devastating effects it can have on family and friends. The emotional costs are huge, then factor in the financial costs it can have on the individual and to society as a whole.... Basically there's no doubt that there's a significant need for this technology to hit the markets asap.
Health Canada approval for the Aura device is a giant step in that direction for it will eventually help lower the number of Canadian skin cancer deaths (
2 every day) and the costs to treat it (
$500 million/year). The EU and AUS will benefit next and once they approve (approval wait time is approx 2-4 weeks), it will open up many other markets worldwide under other countries
Mutual Recognition Agreements. Unfortunately the FDA's approval process is very lethargic in comparison to the rest of the world (up to 2 years wait time) - still better late than never!
TED also has conferences dedicated to health and medicine called
TEDMED, unfortunately the conference is already underway (Oct 26-28), but there's plenty of time to get in on the next one (
April 11-13). I have sent TEDMED an email about Aura and Core as well and will send one off to Thomas Braun, in case he hasn't heard about TED.
I've been spreading the word about this groundbreaking technology to family, friends, co-workers and even my family doctor for Aura and Core have the potential to be a big game changer towards the betterment of society as a whole and who wouldn't want to be a part of that?
