Tis is adding up now...remember a few weeks ago in a newspaper article, the BC gov't was going to focus in the Southern region there with the Afton Mine and your female gov't leader, who is quite a good lookin' gal, was really pushing for three projects there.
Well, in looking at the bio of DCY's thats on their website, look at what was there:
Alex Pannu, LL.B
President and CEO
Alex Pannu, President and Chief Executive Officer, is currently the Director of Communications & Marketing for a labour union. Previously, he was in-house counsel for an environmental technology firm and spent five years as a consultant at Canada's largest public relations firm, providing public affairs, government relations and communications services. From 1999 to 2002, he was General Counsel for a publicly-listed software company and from 1994 to 1999 he was a securities lawyer in private practice in Vancouver. He was also in public service as a senior political advisor in Ottawa and Victoria to number of cabinet ministers.
Could it be that DCY is one of the three projects that she's hinting at? Afterall, ALEX was a political advisor there!!
