It leases its corporate office space, including its corporate headquarters, which is located in Phoenix, Arizona. Its tenants operate in a range of industries, health care equipment and services, government and public services, financial institutions, insurance, capital goods, software and services, consumer durables and apparel, telecommunication services, materials, and energy.

Wow, first post.

First again. I like these guys. Proven offset production to their current Ostracod zone horizontal. This would suggest an IP rate anywhere between 300 to 700 bbls/d for the horizontal. The DOB shows that the well has been drilled and possibly completed. News on the rate could be any day now.

Low outstanding shares, cash to drill 2 more wells, and an experienced management team! Don't let this one get away.
