.50 all the way up to 1.50 per share is something to be sneered at, at best. The property alone is worth twice that, not counting equipment, licenses, and rights transfer.

Hell, if I won the lottery this week, I would put an offer in if I thought I could get it for .50 per share. That price is almost laughable.
