RE: "Strategic Partner" Discussion

RE: "Strategic Partner" Discussiontotally agree with the post about just buying out entire company.

look at Potash one, i was an investor in this company and we got taken out by K+S....apparently there were rumours that NMDC wanted to invest in project, but i bet you they wanted like crazy majority of the mine to fork up the initial capex cost of 2.5 billion......

same boat with WPX, why would a company share profits with WPX when tehy are putting up all the money to build the mine.....doesn't make sense for a investment standpoint......if WPX gets a strategic partner than to me, WPX would probalby only be owning like 20 - 10% of the mine....no company is going to put up 2.5 billion for capex and split profits off the mine............

Just my opinion, but i see WPX following same path as Potash One and could be bought out by same company K+S, b/c this german company has old mines that are nearing depletion.
