Great point.  225 employees and only 38 million is sales ?? I guess they are all in R & D, or are there just for the stock options?

Acutally they were featured in the Star a week or so ago, talking about how they were such a great company to work for ?

I think they should cut down to 150 employees and then hire them back once the share price takes off.
