Hmm, I sold a number of shares today, at the bell, but bought the same number a few minutes later when the stock dived. Do you think I would still get in on the spin off with ALL those shares? ( I held the same number of shares yesterday)

Given that the stock is still being traded until Nov 4th, what would happen to those who bought between today and Nov 4th? Would the shares just convert to cash @ closing price? I'm a bit confused since I would have expected them to halt trading until new ONR and PSN starts trading.
