Yesterday's Report - excellent INFO

Yesterday's Report - excellent INFOMWR Chat Boards are pleading for more corporation information. Yesterday it happened.
From info just released by Brent Johnson, MWR filed a federal complaint on December 14, 2010 in Cheyene, Wyoming against C. Robert Cox, Fitzgerald's Estate and Tronox. BJ then admits they were never served.
IMO This decision (not serving any defendant) is a type of management MWR has had since MWR's attorneys lost the 1999 BC litigation against Ranspot and Fitz. Why? Using corporate funds to increase personal stock positions by insiders and control of the company.
IMO Fitz did the same in the 1970s, which was mentioned in this Wyoming Litigation, but never served! Back in 1975 Fitz goes to Wyoming, using Cober (MWR) funds to finance his own uranium game, which created Billion Dollar empire, URANIUM RESOURCES, INC. Who used these Cobre funds their their own private pocket? Fitz, Ranspot, Fred Groth, Dean Webb, Martin Pedersen, Bill Boberg and others pockets millions of dollars.
In an interesting comparison, this week a US Wallstreet story has a company being investigated by the Feds where insiders co-mingled client funds with corporate funds to personal financial gain. ABX has been doing this for years through mergers and re-writing history. The same with Newmont Mining (Copper in the 1960-70s, Gold in the 1980s - through Fitz)
