I contacted Jay regarding payment, here is reply.

My Question

Jay,

Can you confirm whether the $US 35 million refund payment due by Oct. 31, 2011 has been made by PEC?

His Response

We have received the funds as expected. It will be detailed in our Q2 financial results, which is to include verification that our auditor has reviewed the refund as well. Our Q2 results are scheduled to be released on November 14th.
