No question the stock is attractive at these levels. I hope the growth scenario comes true. I remain optimistic due to the chinese government mandating a shift of 2 million tons out of cotton and into VSF during the next 5 years. The way I read it is cotton production will actually shrink or stop growing to allow 2M more tons of VSF.

As for FTP securing supply at 1.2K/ton, lets not forget this was done in 2010 when no new DP projects were being announced.
