RE: RE: Wpx upwards movement today???Thx fiddle…if it shows how undervalued WPX is...what does it say about AAA after you read on...this is the part of your link that I like…it speaks volumes++
Only the most cost effective deposits are going to get to the finish line in the next 10 years…but you might have a very long horizon to wait. And as posted earlier, the operating costs at $62 per tonne may not include all the taxes/royalties/pending royalties and other add ons…as pointed out previously the accounting appears to be weak on the operating side….in the report…
$400 per tonne capital costs for AAA will be one of the lowest in the GREENFIELD WORLD…
Nuff said…come back when you find an analyst predicting a 50% drop on the capital costs per tonne.

Anderson pointed out in a note to investors that on a per tonne production basis capital costs dropped two percent to $985 and operating costs also fell slightly to $62 per tonne.
With capital costs in the multi-billion dollar ballpark, a project such as Milestone is not for paupers and the faint of heart, however. If it is to see production, Milestone will likely need the resources of a major miner or a beefy agricultural company behind it. The question becomes: who out there might have an appetite for a project as ambitious as Milestone?
WPX: projected total Capital Costs at $2.7 b
Projected 2.8 m tonnes produced KCL per year = $985 per tonne capital costs
AAA: projected total Capital Costs at $800 m
Projected 2.0 m tonnes produced KCL per year = $400 per tonne capital costs
