RE: Another good article on the problem of bunkeri

RE: Another good article on the problem of bunkeriJFF7, that was a VERY good article about Nigerian pipeline thievery. It helps explain why AGIP has been trying to pass risk of loss to those who use their pipelines. What I find hardest to understand is how much risk there is to the AGIP pipeline vs. other pipelines elsewhere. Security is an important aspect here, as the authorities claim they need more money, equipment and people to secure the pipelines. The reality may be that the thieves have better weapons than the security person who may try to actually police the pipeline. There is also the relatively high probability that the security person may be less inclined to blow his whistle when he's putting money in his pocket.Lots of unknowns continue to exist in the wild wild west of the Niger Delta, and there will be other negative surprises for Mart shareholders into the future. The only way to resolve the uncertainty is to improve cashflow significantly, as cashflow remains the primary metric that controlls Mart stock.
