- Yale is doing the non-sexy non-reporting "boots-on-the-ground" work that shareholders don't hear about
- Property characteristics they look for is anything that other companies are looking for
- Long process to bring a property into the company
- Cost of acquisitions is passed along to optionee
- Sometimes upgrade a project so that it can become attractive to an optionee
- 5,000,000 stock options but no warrants overhang
- Widely held
- Management holds less than 5% but Ian holds a significant amount of that
- Ian says he's significantly motivated to make this work on a fundamental and financial level
- Going to be "extremely busy moving forward on a number of projects over the coming months, there's gonna be a lot of developments, there's gonna be a lot of news and with luck there's gonna be a lot of great results"
