So, they will likely need over $380,000,000

issue 1,000,000,000 shares at .40??? LOL

Other ideas?

That's what's keeping this stock down right now imo.

If the stock was at $2 like it was in 2007 (with much less going for the company at that time) this would be a lot prettier of a picture right now for financing. Is a buyout the only viable option?
