Primed, if you look at gold juniors that manage themselves well and hit gold early, like PEM did, the good ones use there money wisely and keep dilution to a minimum.
Do some DD on that would ya?
PEM is going to end up with 300milion plus shares worth 30 cents each no matter what they find. That's what this management group does. History proves it.
