RE: Valuation - Current with FinancingAn excellent post, Green24. This line of thinking is exactly why I'm here (both the board and the stock). I completely agree that a fair value for right now would have us in the 75 cent range, so at least by my definition of risk, this is a pretty low risk one compared to some of the others out there. Prior to the halt, you could have bought this stock at more than 50% less than its current, conservative value. Hopefully after financing is finally announced, we will be much closer to this real value although I don't expect us to get to a "fair value" in these market conditions. Still, I'm thinking in these conditions we should at least be in the 40-cent ballpark. Time will tell.
