Why so quiet??

Why so quiet??I could have added a few more negatives to my list of pros and cons, but I was hoping a few here you take up the debate and dig further. It's your money after all.

- JJ challenging the 25% win
- GBK has to share lawyer/arbitration fees (how much?)
- their financial status is in shambles according to latest financial statements.... that not surprisingly, no one has dared to comment on.

I still think that avoiding the negative issues on these bullboards is akin to shooting yourself in the foot (not referring to you roadking). You are not scaring potential investors away in doing so. Any investor worth their salt is checking financials and news and they already know what's up. They come to these boards for opinions on the risks... discussion, ideas, NOT the fluffy "we're all going to get rich" junk. If you want to make money you have to know ALL the risks and how to deal with that info... such as deciding when to get in or out, short, long, medium term, or whether it's worth the risks. EVERY STOCK promises profit, but only by studying the risks do you make your choices. It's the "negative" talk that makes a difference. Sitting on your hands usually leads to losses, because overall the odds are against you. You have to WORK at beating them.

But, guaranteed, bring up negative aspects of a stock and all the bagholders start crying in fear because the wrongly believe it might make things worse. No. What will make things worse for each and every one of you holding this stock is burying your heads. Open up. Get some discussion going. Find out what is really going on. Pick a question... any question to start. Eg., Is JJ working on GBK's demise? Yes? No? Evidence? The guys that ask questions like that all the time are the ones that make money and leave bagholders behind.

Just a suggestion from a non-holder of what I think is good advice.
