RE: good entry pointI think the company is likely holding back some good news for the Tuesday November 8 Q3 results (PSN is still part of ONR during Q3).  If that's the case I would not bet on either ONR or PSN to fallback below thier Friday close level. 

In fact if the news is any good, that would likely set the two companies' SPs to another level.  Personally I'm betting on that to happen.  We'll see.
