RE: RE: RE: Keystone Pipelineno. a positive ,if we turn off the taps for a week or more the price will go upand there will be a shortage to the refinery,this is to let the US know what will happen if the line is not aproved and the price of gasoline will go up in short order,they will vote for aproval when the cost of gas gose up at the pumps,even tractors need fuel to run.
