I am of the opinion that just because there is nothing of real importance to be voted on at the meeting does not mean that there won't be news of importance (re offers/spinoff) released in conjunction with the meeting. As far as I know, our votes are not required for the items that recent interviews and company releases have mentioned are under consideration. GLTAL.
