RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: PBN is going to 15Eng Nemisis. You are a bit of a drag aren't you. My post was probably a bit too rosy that is true but it was such a nice suprise to see them actually meet and exceed guidance for a change I got over excited. Basically to me PBN was a huge mistake and I hate the debt levels and debenture and the overpriced Cardium purchases but they paid for that I think. Now with so much bad news out a run of good news can change perceptions. I'm sure TD will figure out some way for us to fix our financial tightness, personally I would have cut the dividend months ago. So now hopefully they have the right employees and management in place finally and can start to move up and ahead. I would like for once see all the bashers of PBN look retarded instead of the optimists. Haha.

PS
Kerina- You are right the company would be forced to issue shares and dilute all current shareholders terribly. We have no spare money at all so buying them isn't an option. The debentures convert at I think 36 dollars minus dividends paid so they are very very far underwater so if holders think things won't get better they will bail. Plus side there are lots of option for dealing with it and some time so I would have patience, or panic its up to you.
