200 share orders

200 share ordersCan anyone comment on the 200 share orders that are on both the bid and ask side right through level 2 ? They started up about a week ago, right around the same time this climb towards $2 started, and have been there ever since. I haven't noticed this before. Could it be a market maker or someone setting a trading range ????

I am baffled !
