delusional is thinking that this is an acceptable and viable way to cleaning up the tailings from the oil sands
there isnt enough land to do this i suspect.  1 'barrel' of oil is not going to be laid out on the land and dried and cleaned in a day, so its gonna take quite a few days for nature to do this process
