I suspected a financing might be in the works for TOL.
Take the money when you can.Unless a competitor bought themselves a 20% stake in TOL from that private placement.
House 74 GMP the lead underwriter has bought $1.2 million dollars worth of TOL today above the private placement price.
Doesnt that tell you something?
And anonymous shorting it probably to cover with the $2.10 paper.
