Excellent conversationI had an excellent conversation with Roger today. I learned:
1. He referred to Nicole as superb. She knew where to place the drill to find the Motherlode. That is
Genivars expertise.
2. Nicole/Genivar could not meet deadlines.
3. When Frank learned Nicole was planning to give a Resource Estimate in Dec, rather than a 43-101
then later a 43-101 and it takes time to get approval from Stock Exchange, he knew
this was unacceptable, and rightly so.
4. SGS expertise is in doing 43-101's.
5. A SGS individual/s will be on site before end of Nov.
They will work solely on GBB's 43-101 until it is completed.
6. There is a lot of data, they will not start from Square One.
7. Roger is very comfortable with the Preliminary Model.
8. Nicole never did complete the Environmental Report, which must be done prior to getting a
permit to refine the gold at a nearby Mill. Thus, I learned two vital reports not done.
9. I hung up feeling we are now on the way to getting a 43-101.
My comments - I continue to just shake my head that anyone could miss a deadline. Never once in my career did
I ever miss a deadline, nor did anyone reporting to me every miss a deadline, if it meant getting up at 6 am and working til midnight, I did it cheerfully in the Pursuit of Perfection, never expecting a penny more. I expected the
same of others. It concerns me that the young people today do seem to have the same work ethic.
