RE: OIL LIKE WATER OFFSHORE BRAZILHRT needs offshore blocks? Even if HRT obtained an offshore lease, where would they get the money to drill a subsalt well, you lousy pumper. HRT either finds commercial oil in the solimoes or its all over.
