Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: RE: So where's the news .... ?Well we will know in the next half hour if there is something behind the run up or if it was simply an overly eager buyer who put in a large a market order that moved up the price.
currently I see .59 on the bid/ask which shows some interest...
