ProShares Short SmallCap600 T.SBB

Primary Symbol: SBB

The investment seeks daily investment results that correspond to the inverse (-1x) of the daily performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 Index. The fund invests in financial instruments that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the funds investment objective. The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

RE: LSA a great fit for SBB

Interesting company there.  I have never been able to understand how you can make money mining gold that's sub 1gpt but clearly there are mines that achieve that and LSA's mine appears to be one of them.

I would be averse though to Sabina buying something like LSA.  They then become too much of a hodgepodge.   People like pure plays.  Sabina right now is a pure play in precious metals in one very localized part of the world.  I would not mess with that.  Nothing wrong with having cash on the balance sheet.  Heck, if they have enough drilling targets at Back River then they shouldn't even think about doing anything with it other than drilling for gold on their own property.
