Further filings today on Canadian Insider show Alain selling for less again than he was rebuying for under acquistion on the public market. Worthy of note is that at first he is listed under the heading "Direct Ownership". On the last two purchases he is listed as "Indirect Ownership"??? What is up???
If you look on SEDI he was just transferring to his registered retirement savings plan account (REER in french)
