RE: RE: Forget about Lawsuitsi'm sure knowledgeable investors are keeping track of that lawsuit, afterall 4 million will hurt hugely if they have to pay it out and have limited funds, the SP could drop to 0.05 in one day on bad news IMO, look what took place with ONE when a ruling went against them.
On the subject of the second leg PP the company has been mighty quiet, made the annoucement and nothing more. I wonder if the investors are still playing hardball at perhaps doing it at 0.50 certainly not 1.20 like the first bunch or have they just walked away. Another issue investors should not forget about as the company has said nothing further.
Something tells me the next financials will be very interesting to read.
