Guten Morgan Fram...though it's afternoon here and i'm thinking about cracking open a Becks or 2 to celebrate what will be an amazing year in wzr-land. I'm pretty excited myself. No word on the cash paid for the 6 blocks...they're big but not the jewels of kurdistan by a long shot. There were meetings between Iraqis & Kurds with the US govt in the weeks leading up to the announcement. I'm sure that exxon was given the US govt approval to enter...heck, exxon is basically the de facto govt in the US....they can do whatever they bloody well please.
