Maybe Steve you could help us out here, I read some place that Barrick sued JL to stop posting in the internet and won an award of 15,000 dollars against him in that suit he was depicted as a homeless person that defended himself is this so and as recently as that was this the fellow that we have just given 2 mil to??? I believe this was in 08 or 09
