RE: RE: M&A Activity heating up

RE: RE: M&A Activity heating upANY disposition of assets (unless immediatly replaced either thru acquisition or JV) IS downsizing... I don't see how it can be viewed in any other light? and your (Shammy) assertion that PMT's gas storage business' worth has even been written down by you... only weeks ago you hawked it at $200MM and NOW your highball sale price is $150MM? and your low is 1/2 of that??? and what of the disposition of their cardium acreage... I hear some companies are getting 700 BOE/D on initial 30 day production... and these are assets that PMT should sell??? NICE... and so what does unloading ANY reserves do??? it reduces a company's worth... SO... a line of credit that was issued... say a year ago... was based on that value... and IF you sell... potential value... what will happen to the Line of Credit???

MAN!!!... this ain't rocket science... sure... sure... PMT CAN monetize some assets in the near future... BUT long term... that strategy severly hampers PMT's ability to increase shareholder value...

The best possible solution ... PMT is is currently worth more whole than it would be slowly parted out as Shammy suggests.

GLTA... as always it's just MY opinion git yer own.
