RE: APIC Strategic Direction

RE: APIC Strategic Direction

I know this one is taking a lot longer than I orriginally anticipated but here is an excerpt from this past MD&A from Oct 28, 2011

Near the beginning:

The Company has made severalapplications for concessions in Albania which have been approved andaccepted by the Albanian Agency of Natural Resources, but due to changes at theMinisterial level, final signing has taken longer than normally required. Inorder to be able to complete its applications with the Minister the Company hasentered into a co-operation agreement with a local partner. Recent discussionswith Albanian officials have been promising and the Company feels that it isclose to making real progress on this front. Further details will be announced asthey unfold.

Reitterated near the end:

The Company has commenced its restructuring as a companyprimarily focused on the exploration for, and the production of, oil and gas inEastern Europe. Some important steps have been taken in this regard during thecurrent quarter. The offering in January 2011 and the appointment of DennisSharp as the Company’s CEO have provided a platform to pursue these activitiesduring the quarters ahead. As noted earlier, APIC has entered into aco-operation agreement with a local partner to finalizethe acquisition of several concessions and assets. Recent discussionswith Albanian officials have been promising and the Company feels that it isclose to making real progress on this front.
