No one said that there is a buyout!! The company is protecting itself from it.........hence the name: Shareholders Rights Plan. Many companies at the crossroad of their manufacturing process implement this strategy.....it's protection not a sell-out!!!!!
And Gadfly222.......if I remember........all of your queries were addressed in this NR. The company is moving forward.......maybe not at the pace that we as shareholders would like to see, but we are moving forward. Production is up.....purity is up!!!! I am sitting at a loss too........but bad mouthing the past or present CEO and playing the blame game is not going to help!!
My only worry is that the JV that BXI engages in is like the Burcon/ADM agreement. That is, buy the rights and sit on it.......while the shareholders are locked in or sell at a loss. I hope our partner is aggressive and forthright with its goals and objectives. I want to see timelines and objectives (goals) if and when the company signs a JV agreement.
