RE: RE: Anusnymous

RE: RE: Anusnymousstonemansion,I would tend to agree with you. There is no reason this stock should be trading down. I also think the stock IS being manipulated. If we get a buyout offer soon after our financing is finalized then we will then know. If we don't then there probably isn't any skullduggery going on. Still it IS suspicious that the stock gets no traction. Unless one or more of our big owners is in league with a Glencore, Xstrata, Rio Tinto, Anglo-American or similar mega-giant miner. Galfan, a shareholder's rights plan only works to fend off a hostile takeover bid. With the overwhelming ownership control by Eton Park, Arias and Mackenzie plus the insiders that should be a very very remote possibility. Unless they are the interested parties and then it wouldn't be a hostile takeover anyway. More likely would be a bid to take over the company by the existing owners. Why waste time worrying about a hostile takeover when over 70% [I believe] of the ownership in the company is in the hands of Largo insiders and three "investors"? Makes no sense!
