BOD will save us :)

If it makes anyone feel better, a small silver lining may be the addition of Ric Rumble several weeks ago to the BXI BOD, since he's also the CEO of a company that has negotiated a partnership with 3M. In other words, he's got some relevant experience re: partnerships.
Would he and Vettiger sign up this late in the game just to roast hotdogs around the canola oil drum?
