Coeur d' Alene, ID –October 13, 2011 –Shoshone Silver/Gold Mining Company(OTCQB:SHSH) announced today it has made major changes to its Board of Directors.
The new Board members are:
Greg Smith, Chairman of the Board
Howard Crosby, CEO/Director
John Ryan, CFO/Director
Rounding out the new team are current Shoshone Board members,
Don Rolfe and Roger Van Voorhees.
Greg Smith, Howard Crosby, and John Ryan bring with them a substantial influx of new
capital to enable Shoshone to move its gold and silver mining projects forward as quickly
as possible. Greg, Howard and John also bring with them an impressive and proven track
record of successful fund raising for many companies.
Carol Stephan, retiring longtime Chairman, states that our company is looking forward to
working with the new Board and that there will be no change in the current
administrative staff. They will stay in place to add their experience and to facilitate the
transfer to our new Board.
