On the contrary, they are cheap. 

If you check the pro porma F/S in the Arrangement document, new ONR should have a book value of about $2.30.  That's a price of what the latest evaluation of the ONR assets should be priced at.  We are now trading below the level.  Hence they are cheap. 

Also, the trading pattern is such that I think the share price for the past few trading days have been heavily manipulated and pinned around the $2.05 level with heavy volumes (even though it closed lower at $2.00 today).  It's done for a reason. 
The one I can think of is the guidance for 2012 (to be released on November 18) must be pretty darn good.  A quick flip would net these manipulators a easy quick bundle.  Just keep an eye on things.  November 18 is this Friday, unlike target prices that most posters frenzy on with no end dates, we'll know soon enough.
