What do you think of that ?First I'll say that I have a decent position in GDX which is probably somewhat of a good investment at current prices. The present PP is obviously for me a recognition of their incapacity to have those .10 cents warrants filled by the investors which obviously led to a greater burnrate of cash. They needed money to fullfill their drilling program at El Arco but I'm not sure that this will be enough for them to complete such a program. I'm pretty sure they will need to make another PP down the road, maybe at .15cents, maybe at .25 cents who knows. The company officials said they wanted to make a PP at .25 cents and guess what happened!!! This is another prime example of share dillution. And it will happen time and again. Sorry to say so but, all junior mining companies are all the same and they burn cash at a rate that is unbelievable. Even if they're sitting on a stockpile of gold that's just beneath their feet, they don't take their shareholders into account, because if they did they would try to be producing as fast as they can to provide sufficient cashflow and at the same time the share price would improve accordingly.Dont take me wrong here, I'm not a paid basher. I'm just a simple investor trying to make a little money here. I like the company and the projects they have but, why did'nt they opted for a credit facility of the same amount instead of dilluting the TOS?It will take money to put El Pato into production, It will take an even greater amount of money to see El Arco producing ( millions ).IMO, the top priority would be to push El Pato to production so that they can pay for El Arco's drilling and mine construction even if they have to send the ore piles at another close by mine to get transformed at a higher price. That way they won't affect the TOS by dillution through some form of PP.I'm here for the long run not like the penny flippers that just want to make a quick buck or two.Tell me what you think, I'd like to here from you guys. Hey! Discussion is of the essence here and thats what I'm doing.
