I'm into a 'class action law suit' against Christopher D. Carl and BioExx (since there is nothing left to lose) ...they personally have all the money in their own pockets anyhow - our money ... and they wasted the rest of shareholders money with their incompetency (although that is not relevant)... will look into the options next week from a friend of mine who is one of the great lawyers of our time in Canada - see what he says about being consistently mislead by Christerpher D. Carl and the management / BOD of BioExx.... will have him read the NRs since 2009 .... don't throw away any emails received from BioExx if interested - will have to form a 'pattern' of their misleading ways and 'states of omission of material relevance'......

 

Since they have shown not to be of 'honorable forittude', the least we can do is drive them crazy and negatively impact their comfortable lives, as they have their shareholders - the private ones...not the institutions who play with mostly other people's money...

 

I'm pissed... and it takes alot to get me to a point of action / re-action...

 

15 - 17 cents is an abomination and a disgrace against the former 'good will' of BioExx's shareholders....

so Mike, I think I still have your number - send it to me again and we will discuss this matter on the phone this weekend to strategize the optional approaches to such.... ...
