If there is a reason for the delay then it is better to communicate that to investors than to not meet targets without explanation. Bottom line for me on this one is that I first believed in the prospects of the claim and that alone is keeping me here. The fact that the insiders are still holding and have not taken any profits to date is the most credible aspect of this company. It might be a long wait and in that case patience is simply a pain in the butt.
