You can hardly call it manipulation, with volume 1/4 of daily average of course it is 'manipulation'.  But it can be anybody including you.
When there are no buyers this is what happens.
It seems to me that everybody keeps their fingers on sell button (like in July-August).

I hope that more results are released soon.
