You describe incompentce not fraud.  The need to inform all of material changes is not regulated in canada.

I trade mostly gold stocks and at least 50% of the time stock movement before news, telegraphs results.

Add, shorts who prey on inside info and you see markets colapsing because us little guys but less and less in capilistic dreams.

BXI sadly is another example of a good idea being mismanaged by a management selling a dream but totally incapable of executing a plan.

The idea maybe still worth millions and the great news is that we have a year of funding to make it works.

Its current price totally dismisses this fact and assumes imminent bankruptcy.  Being from the prairies, I cannot emphasize enough, the potential windfall of processing endless supplies of canola.
