In theory I would have to agree with you (could it be a coincidence that the AGM is >10days away?) but I don't feel that DL would use that strategy to milk the shareholders.

I would have to say that the SP at 0.50 can be seen as absurdly low already IMO. We shall see how this develops.

Excellent point btw, I do sincerely hope (and expect, IMO) that you are wrong on that call.
