The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Instead of starting unconfirmed rumors why don't you just pick up the phone & call the I aSK FOR BUT i WILL NOT CONFIRM OR DENY YOUR RUMOR TO company. Now that would be useful & wouldn't drive the SP down so you could maybe pick up some more cheapies. What do you care about credibility of your posts when you try & start such a foolish rumor. I talk with the company regularily & I never have any trouble getting the info i ask about. I WILL NOT CONFIRM OR DENY YOUR RUMOR TO THOSE THAT ARE JUST TOO LAZY TO DO THEIR OWN dd & WORK SO THEY COME TO THESE BOARDS TO GET INVESTMENT ADVICE. Pick up the phone & call you lazy slugs.
